Anyone wishing to race must submit a form.
Your information will help us with planning a show to best suit your interests, and will also allow us to keep track of admissions.
This form is *not* a permission slip or a binding contract of any kind. If a minor (person under eighteen years of age) fills out information such as name and address, parental consent is required.
Just to clear this up in advance: your information will not be shared with any outside parties and will only be viewed by Torn Creations (Kevin Riley and Kryss Catalfamo). Nothing will be sent to your address (email or residential) unless you give us permission to do so; in which case we will share with you information about upcoming events.
